01Scope and independent status
This Privacy Policy applies to bustrafficfever.dropthecat.app and its level guides, comments, image-upload features, and contact channel. It does not apply to the Bus Traffic Fever mobile game, app stores, embedded video platforms, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers and policies.
02Information we process
Server and security records
Hosting and security systems may record IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, request time, response status, and diagnostic or error information.
Public comments and optional images
When you post on a level page, we process the display name, comment or reply, level number, optional image, IP address, user agent, moderation status, and submission time. The display name, comment, and attached image may be visible to the public. Do not publish an email address, real-world identifier, or sensitive information.
Email messages
When you contact us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you choose to provide.
03How information is used
- Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot the walkthrough library.
- Publish, display, moderate, and respond to comments and replies.
- Process optional images and create display thumbnails.
- Detect spam, enforce rate limits, investigate misuse, and protect the service.
- Respond to corrections, support requests, privacy requests, and rights notices.
- Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when necessary.
04Storage, essential technology, and providers
The site may use strictly necessary browser or server-side storage for security, request handling, and functional preferences. Hosting, content-delivery, storage, and security providers may process technical data on our behalf where needed to operate the site.
The site currently does not load Google Analytics or Google AdSense scripts. If measurement or advertising is introduced later, this policy and any required visitor controls should be updated before those tools are activated.
05Embedded content and external links
Level pages may embed walkthrough videos, and the browser play page contains third-party game content. The site also links to Apple, Google Play, and other destinations. Loading an embed or following a link may allow the relevant provider to receive your IP address, device information, page URL, and interaction data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those providers.
06Retention and security
Records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Public comments and images may remain while the relevant discussion is useful; server logs and security records are retained according to operational needs; email may be kept while a request is handled and for reasonable follow-up or recordkeeping.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
07International visitors and children
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. This guide is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us to request review and removal.
08Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. You may also ask for review or removal of a comment or image you submitted. We may need enough information to locate the record, protect other users, and verify that the request is legitimate.
09Policy changes
We may revise this policy when site features, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
